המתנדבים 1948

מתנדבים מרחבי העולם נענו לקריאה ההיסטורית של המדינה ונרתמו להלחם במלחמת העצמאות ולעזור להשיג נשק, עודפי צבא, ואפילו מטוסים ונושאות מטוסים עבור המדינה הצעירה. אלה הם כמה מן הסיפורים שלהם.

The Volunteers: Answering the Call of History Volunteers from around the world fought in Israel's War of Independence and helped acquire weapons, army surplus, and even airplanes and aircraft carriers for the fledgling state. These are some of their stories.
